This fund is available to folks living in Lekwungen Territory (aka "Victoria, BC") who are experiencing financial barriers to supporting or organizing actions in solidarity with Palestine and Palestinian people.

From December 2 to December 16 2023, this fund is open to Palestinians and BIPOC folks living on Lekwungen Territory and involved with local actions and rallies for Palestine. This fund is to help cover costs incurred when organizing, participating, or witnessing local actions. This can include, but is not limited to, the costs of lost wages, art supplies or items for fundraising, food and drinks, and making sure your needs are met! After December 16 we will decide based on volume of requests and if we receive more donations if the fund will be open to the general population.

Funds will be sent via e-transfer to the email address provided. If you would like to remain anonymous in receiving these funds, please create a new email address for this purpose. Funds not deposited within 30 days will be added back to the Solidarity Fund.

Funds will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis, until funds run out. This application does not guarantee that you will receive funds but we will do our best.

Organizers of events and actions that need large scale funds are encouraged to reach out to us directly.
